China-Europe Business Association Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shenzhen Electronic Manufacturing Industry Association and Hungary’s Europa Technology Park
"EIM China-Europe Electronic Manufacturing Service Center" Officially Settles in Budapest Budapest, November 19, 2025. Huang Zhe, Secretary-General of the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA), received the delegation of the "2025 7th European Advanced Manufacturing & Semiconductor Benchmarking Tour" from Shenzhen, China, at the office of CEBA’s Hungarian Chapter today. The delegation consists of 35 leading electronic manufacturing enterprises from Shenzhen, covering fields such as end devices, intelligent equipment, precision manufacturing, and semiconductor-related supply chains. This visit is not only a cross-border business exchange but also a crucial milestone for the China-Europe electronic manufacturing industry to promote collaborative innovation and deepen chain-group connection. It opens a new window for regional industrial layout and technological cooperation.

Strategic Cooperation Signed: EIM China-Europe Electronic Manufacturing Service Center Officially Launched During the visit, the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA), together with the Shenzhen Terminal Electronic Manufacturing Industry Association, Tupu Consulting Group, and Hungary’s Europa Technology Park, jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the "EIM China-Europe Electronic Manufacturing Service Center". The establishment of this center signifies: - The official launch of a cross-regional industrial cooperation platform covering China, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and the EU; - Promoting higher-frequency and higher-quality flow of electronic manufacturing supply chains, production factors, and innovative resources between China and Europe; - Providing integrated support such as industrial research, landing services, policy access, scenario connection, and investment matching for Chinese electronic manufacturing enterprises entering the European market. The EIM Center will serve as a "bridgehead" between China’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and local demand in Europe, driving more high-quality Chinese manufacturing forces to achieve sustainable development in Europe.

Pushing China-Europe Industrial Cooperation to a Higher Level The China-Europe Business Association (CEBA) stated that this strategic cooperation will further strengthen in-depth connection in the following areas: - Supply chain and industrial chain synergy: Promoting complementary production capabilities and resource sharing between Chinese and European enterprises; - Technological cooperation and innovative R&D: Supporting cooperation and exchange in technological directions such as intelligent manufacturing, automation, and material innovation; - Market access and localized layout: Helping Chinese enterprises enter the EU market more efficiently and enhancing their compliance capabilities and localized competitiveness; - Cross-regional industrial ecosystem construction: Joining hands with government agencies, industrial parks, industry associations, and enterprises to build a long-term and stable cross-border industrial cooperation network.

The settlement of the EIM Center will become a key fulcrum for Chinese electronic manufacturing enterprises to explore the European market and for European industries to seek Chinese partners.
This cooperation marks that China-Europe electronic manufacturing industry cooperation has entered a more systematic, sustainable, and forward-looking stage. The China-Europe Business Association (CEBA) will continue to play its role as a platform and work with partners to promote Chinese and European enterprises to establish closer cooperative ties in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, intelligent equipment, and future industries.
